Standard Service

Standard service for production of most of our custom promotional window clings is 20-30 business days. Orders specifying expected ship date or in hands date with less than 15 production days will be processed as rush service orders. Production time does not include day order is received; production time will begin after approval of credit, receipt of usable art or approval of proof. Production time may vary depending upon season. If paper proof is required add 1 day. Production time begins after approval.

Rush Service

Available on most of our imprinted promotional window clings, call to confirm. See product pricing on each product page add 20%, minimum rush charge is $75.00. Order and art must be received by 1:00 PM CST and must be confirmed by telephone. Only electronic proofs are available for Rush Service. Production time will begin the next day or after paper proof is approved.

Rush pricing will be confirmed by telephone and fax.

Rush Service and prices are for one color imprint only, standard ink colors. Additional color imprints, halftones, additional location imprints and PMS matches will require an additional 1-3 working days.

All Rush Service orders must be clearly marked RUSH SERVICE and must have the correct rush price and artwork.

High res or camera-ready art must be sent to size or straight text with clear layout. If paper proof is required add 1 day. Production time begins after approval.

Rush Service customers must have established credit and account must be current, otherwise prepayment of products and estimated freight charges must be made by credit card in advance.

All Rush Service is subject to inventory availability and open production windows.
