  • Product description
  • Quantity
  • Product color
  • Imprint color(s)
  • Imprint locations
  • Correct pricing
  • Camera ready or digital artwork and/or typeset copy and layout
  • Hard copy of artwork/composite image
  • Select shipping method and confirm shipping address
  • If necessary, identify rush date and confirm availability of rush service with Break Thru Designs
  • Contact information including name, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address
  • Prepayment
