What are the Minimum Order Quantities for custom window clings?
Minimum order quantities vary with the complexity of the product. MOQ may be as low as 50 or as high as 10,000.

Will the 3-D window clings blow off on the highway when applied to a vehicle?
Decals are generally applied to the back window of a vehicle where they are out of the direct wind blast. They do not normally come off in the wind.

Can I take Break Thru Designs window clings through the automatic car wash?
Golf balls are safe. Otherwise, you risk damage to the product if you take it though an automatic car wash. However, Break Thru designs using static cling decals are reusable. Just peel up starting from the edge using your fingernail. Wash your car then replace.

Do you supply packaging for retail sales?
We can do anything -- packaging, EDI capabilities, bar coding and more.

What is your return policy?
Defective goods will be replaced at no charge or full credit will be issued. Otherwise, we do not generally accept returns since our window cling designs are custom made just for you.

What is your shipping policy?
Goods are generally FOB Dallas, Texas. We ship each product in protective shrink wrapping and protective cartons.

Does sun, wind, rain, ice or snow affect your products?
In most cases no. However, most of our sport marketing shatter balls are made using real balls to enhance realism: baseball, softball and tennis for example. Intense solar UV rays will cause softballs and tennis to fade over time. Some baseball interiors will expand if they get too waterlogged during heavy rains.
